Special Olympics

PIONEER TRAVELS INVOLVEMENT-

Mike donates his time to officiate some of the Special Olympics events in the area, as well as in the state of Wisconsin.

Over this past year, Mike has umpired the Wisconsin State Regional softball championships for Special Olympics softball at Wick Park, as well as the Wisconsin State Championships in softball in at Saratoga Park in Waukesha, WI. 

He has also helped out with refereeing some Special Olympic basketball events, the State Regional basketball championships, as well as the Wisconsin State basketball championships up in Oshkosh, WI.

Pioneer Travel is a proud sponsor and volunteer for Special Olympics softball.   Mike will volunteer for the Regional and State softball tournaments in the Southeast Wisconsin area every year, and absolutely loves doing it!

I am very proud to participate in refereeing these wonderful athletes at UW-Oshkosh for their state tournament on Sunday, April 7, 2019.   These athletes are absolutely amazing, and Pioneer Travel is proud to be able to give back to the community!!
